Microfiction: Sanity Lost

Help me, doc.

These images keep flashing in my head. Mountains, trees, apples and tiny people inside these apples. I see teddy bears being hung from trees, and then all of these things get swallowed by one of the little people who is not so little any more. I don’t know what’s going on anymore. Doc, you have got to help me. I am losing my sanity.
